It's the most buggy and least user-friendly. I've done all I can to make just grabbing a simple bezier handle easier and it's still a daily frustration, even after all this time.

网页2016年8月28日 · 1 Correct answer. Illustrator will not recognize the transparency in a png if the png is pasted into Illustrator. Instead of copy/paste, first save the png and then File > Place it into Illustrator. Or if you drag the png to your desktop, then drag it into Illustrator it should keep the transparency.

Looking at the 'system info' on my old computer it says that my serial number is 16 numbers but when I try to install on to the new computer the setup wants 24 numbers!

网页2012年12月11日 · Ok, well, I've uninstalled AI, with the uninstaller in the AI CS6 folder, then reinstalled from my CS .dmg, applied the 16.0.1 update I hade too, then ran the update from the application and it worked. I had problem installing AI though because of SugarSync and its process ShellExtLoad that kept the installer from running.
