网页2005年4月22日 · This was because the wig was so huge I was not going to be able to dye the entire thing (four wigs sewn to one wig cap and dreaded) but I thought I could dye the front and under side of the wig to make it look more natural and sunstreaked. I spyed the dye all over the inside of the cap and the "roots" of the wig to about 20cm down each dread.

I don't know about the 'twist', but it just looks like they've used leather cording to bind the hair; this also helps it sit down flat.
