I've seen some drunk birds, they will sit in the road as you drive over them, not moving. Ol' timers would give the berries to a wormy horse or pony. Kills the parasites and cleans them out.

网页2022年7月19日 · Kept the big wood, put brush on pile with tractor. The other neighbor had a little corner he wanted cleaned up. Pulled up briar and privet hedge. In the back was a big tree that had blown over. We managed to get it dug out. Cut the stump off, it was a big chinaberry, got about 16' of nice size trunk. Pecan on bottom. I think it's a softer wood.

The open face cut and the gill behind it give the hinge more flex to control the tree farther into the fell. The wider hinge on the tension side of the tree allows more holding wood there to hold the tree from falling towards the lean.

Don't really get a lot of scent in the house with any wood that I burn, but from the little bit I do get if I open the door quickly, I'd say it smells pretty good. I think a sweet smell is a fair description. Surely better than the tree of heaven I'm burning right now.
