Sometimes I'll talk to someone at 7am feeling great and by 10am I have to go home because I'm so sick. That happened just this week.

I cannot be without it as my terminal ileum (what's left of it) doesn't absorb bile and that causes the diarrhea. I even took it through my whole pregnancy.
