网页2012年9月5日 · Welding it is not really an option, and finding an 8mm helicoil here is almost impossible. I have the hole currently tapped for 9mm bolt. I thought, with a good epoxy, I could drill and tap the hole for a 10mm bolt to give the epoxy sufficient thickness and area to bite in to, then drill the epoxy and tap it for the original 8mm.
