I did however put some out in a totally different place (different deer) last year and they ate the corn but wouldn't touch the bran. :shrug: Deer in my neck of the woods prefer rice bran over corn. Corn has NO nutritional value!

网页2012年6月10日 · Rice bran from harvest rice in mcgehee. Corn can get it from most farmers that raise it. Just offer a lil more than market which is still lower than store. There is a feed store around Murphy's burrow that I know use to handle rice bran. Not sure anymore. They also carried peletized peanut hulls which I figure deer would like.

网页2023年11月8日 · The auger style/gravity feeders can work but are still prone to the bran bridging over and not flowing properly, especially in humid conditions. Stabilized rice bran will store and flow a little better than "raw" rice bran, but the deer seem to like the raw bran a little better in my opinion.
