My kit isn't great (unlike Samsung's B-die) but it does an acceptable job, but the really high tRFC stands out. I believe it's the someone uncommon Micron B-die (single rank, which this kit didn't used to be but Corsair silently changed it).

网页2020年11月13日 · As far as I know these kits use B-die. When I run 2 dimms @3200-C14 I can lower Trfc from its default of 560c (350 ns) to 280c and lower error-free for hours. But once I populate all 4 dimms I can quickly reproduce errors running RAM Test for less than 150% coverage. That is with all other timings at stock/auto settings.
