Switch it up with sparkling water if you want some fizz and no calories. Bringing fake stuff is tacky and you miss out on different and unique flavors.

In moderation I am sure it's okay but I do like to stay away as much as possible from chemicals in general. However, it is not one of the sweetners that is totally not okay during pregnancy.
