Kamala Harris took the stage at The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's 53rd Annual Legislative Conference Phoenix Awards Dinner held in Washington D.C. yesterday. President Joe Biden was also in attendance and was given the CBC Lifetime Achievement Award.
