Coca-Cola Spiced, which debuted in February, was the first time the company had launched a new permanent flavor in more than three years. It will now discontinue it.
Just six months after launching the new flavor, Coca-Cola is pulling it from store shelves, even though the spicy soda was intended to be a permanent part of the beverage giant's lineup.
The company said the beverage, intended as its first permanent offering in more than three years, is being phased out with plans to introduce a new flavor in 2025.
