Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky began his week in the United States in Pennsylvania with a visit Sunday to the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant, where he thanked American workers who are producing the 155 mm artillery shells Ukraine desperately needs as its grinding war of attrition with Russia continues.
